R. Stuart ("Tookie") Angus – Chairman and Director

Mr. Angus is an independent consultant to the mining industry. Previously, he was Managing Director – Mergers and Acquisitions with Endeavour Financial Corporation, which provides financial advisory services to the mining and minerals industries. Prior to joining Endeavour Financial in 2003, Mr. Angus was a senior partner with the Vancouver law firm of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and head of its Global Mining Group from February 2001 to October 2003. Prior to that he was a senior partner with the Vancouver law firm of Stikeman Elliott from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Angus has also served as a director and officer of various public companies.
Ian B. Smith – Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Smith has over 40 years experience in corporate operations, project management and consulting within the international base metals, precious metal and coal industries. He has been a director of Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp. of Vancouver, BC, since September 2006. Mr. Smith was the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and a director of bcMetals Corporation of Vancouver, BC, from October 2003 to February 2007. He was granted his Chartered Professional Management Aus. IMM in October 2000 and has been a Fellow with the Aus. IMM since 1990. Mr. Smith obtained his BE (Mining) from the University of Queensland, Australia in 1966.
Douglas R. Brett, C.A. – Chief Financial Officer and Director
Surrey, British Columbia
Mr. Brett has been employed in public practice accounting for more than 20 years. He was the Chief Financial Officer of bcMetals Corporation of Vancouver, BC, from August 2003 to February 2007, has served as an officer and director of other public companies and has considerable experience in tax-related mineral exploration matters. Mr. Brett is a Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia since December 1982. He is also a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation. Mr. Brett obtained his B.Sc. in computer science and mathematics from the University of British Columbia.
Clarence ("Clancy") J. Wendt – Director
Reno, Nevada
Mr. Wendt has been a self-employed consultant since April 1991. He obtained his MS from the University of Arizona in 1977 and his BS from San Diego State in 1967. Mr. Wendt is a Registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) and is registered in British Columbia, Arizona and Australia.
Mark J. Morabito – Director

Mr. Morabito has been the President, CEO and a director of Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp. of Vancouver, BC, since June 1998.and the President, CEO and a director of Target Exploration & Mining Corp. of Vancouver, BC, since December 2003. He was a director of X-Tal Minerals Corp. of Vancouver, BC, and of La Mancha Resources Ltd. from June 2001 to October 2003. He was the VP Corporate Affairs of Leisure Canada Inc. of Vancouver, BC, from December 2000 to February 2003. Mr. Morabito is a barrister and solicitor. From 1995 to 2000, he worked as an associate lawyer for the law firms of Owen Bird and Anfield Sujir Kennedy & Durno, both of Vancouver, BC. He obtained his B.S. from Simon Fraser University in 1990 and his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1993 and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the British Columbia Bar Association.
John R.W. Fox – Director

Mr. Fox is a metallurgical engineer. He has been the President and the principal of Laurion Consulting Inc. of Vancouver, BC, since June 1998 and has been a director of YGC Resources Ltd. of Vancouver, BC, since March 2005. He was a director of bcMetals Corporation of Vancouver, BC, from February 2004 to February 2007. Mr. Fox obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mineral Sciences from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom in 1971. He is a registered professional engineer, British Columbia.
Jay Sujir – Secretary and Director

Mr. Sujir is a securities and natural resource lawyer who has extensive experience with advising and assisting public companies. He has been a partner of the Vancouver law firm of Anfield Sujir Kennedy& Durno since 1991. He has also served as a director and officer of various public companies. Mr. Sujir obtained his B.A. and LL.B. from the University of Victoria and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
